About me

About me

Nice to meet you,
I’m Jamie Irena
An award-winning psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, and certified parent & adolescent coach.
I’m based on the beautiful island of Bali, where I work with individuals and families across the globe. My approach weaves together evidence-based techniques with deep intuitive understanding—creating a safe, grounded space for transformation, healing, and growth.
For over a decade, I’ve supported people of all ages to overcome anxiety, heal generational and personal trauma, and step into lives that feel more aligned, authentic, and free. I’m especially passionate about guiding clients through emotional stuckness, helping them reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and empowering them to rewrite the stories they’ve been carrying.
My work is rooted in compassion, self-awareness, and the belief that each person has the capacity to heal, evolve, and thrive. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, struggling with self-doubt, or looking to deepen your relationships, I’m here to walk beside you with clarity, presence, and care.
Let’s explore what’s possible—together.

The Path to Growth and Connection

Fully embracing self-acceptance is the ultimate catalyst for unstoppable personal growth and deep, meaningful connections. By opening your mind to yourself and those around you, you cultivate an unshakable foundation of empathy and understanding. Your past may shape you, but it will never define you—breaking free from its grip is a bold act of self-empowerment. When you commit to lifelong learning and self-awareness, you unlock limitless potential, navigate life’s challenges with unwavering confidence, and step into the unstoppable force you were always meant to be.

Personal Belief

Embrace an open mind toward yourself and others. The more you accept yourself, the more you’ll find acceptance for those around you.

Life lesson

Stay open-minded with yourself and others. Self-acceptance unlocks acceptance for those around you.

Most proud of

Accepting my past as it is—without letting it define who I am or who I become.

One advice

Keep learning and discovering yourself daily—knowledge is power, so invest in yourself.

My background and qualifications

I’m a therapist with a twist, combining integrative therapy, neuroscience, and coaching to create a tailored approach for each client.
My journey began with an MSc in Neuroscience at King’s College London, leading me to a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching at the University of East London.

I later trained in Gottman Couples Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and advanced neuroscience-based anxiety treatment.
Blending science with therapy, I help clients understand their minds, break patterns, and create lasting change.
