Based on the beautiful island of Bali, I work with people of all ages from all over the world. I offer compassionate, transformative guidance to individuals from all corners of the globe. For over a decade, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people overcome anxiety, heal deep-seated wounds, and step confidently into a life of purpose and self-acceptance. Family & Relationship therapy
Relationships are where so much of our inner world is mirrored. In family and couples therapy, we look at the relational dynamics that may be keeping you stuck or disconnected. Adolescent Coaching
Adolescence is a profound and sometimes turbulent chapter. My coaching for teens and tweens provides a science-backed, heart-centered space for young people to build resilience, process emotions, and develop tools for healthy emotional regulation and communication.
We also work collaboratively with parents, helping bridge the gap and foster connection in the family system. This work helps adolescents grow with confidence, self-awareness, and a sense of belonging.
Clinical Hypnotherapy

I personally had a problem with my sleep as I would go wild and overthink about it and end up sleeping only 2 or 3 hours if I had no company. Back then, I was just too tired to handle the problem until I decided to go for a session with Jamie and it worked wonders! She helped me a lot so that we can work together to actually try to find the root causes. It surprised me that we found it wasn’t mainly about the sleep and after 2 sessions my sleep problem was solved. Now I feel safe, because no matter what the problem, I always know where my go-to place is to have another session 🙂
I really enjoyed my time with Jamie as my counsellor. I needed someone to communicate with during that time in my life. She was able to really maintain a perfect balance between good professionalism whilst also being personable and emotionally engaging. She asked thought provoking questions that prompted me to reflect about a lot of things in my life, sometimes stumping me for a second because I really needed to think about those certain things. She was able to introduce, explain and integrate certain concepts well that I was able to comprehend easily. She was patient, and challenged me to reflect deeper within myself.
During my life I have faced constant problems with anxiety, depression and substance abuse. I started to have weekly therapy with Jamie sessions and it gave me a clear insight of what needed or can be done. After every therapy session dark clouds would clear a bit. The sessions gave me the tools to take control of my life. Now more than a year later I can say that I have never been in a better place, I still struggle with anxiety and light forms of depression but they don't set the tone of my life. Life is good and it actually always was. The mind is strong and can be an imaginary cage. Substance abuse is completely non-existent.
My initial issue to start working with Jamie was my 6yo son’s emotional state. But I can say, our work happened to be a transformative experience for me. From the very first session, she made me feel comfortable and safe, creating an environment where I personally could openly discuss things I don’t usually share with others. Jamie’s compassionate approach and insightful guidance helped me gain much more confidence in myself as a parent. She has also helped me shift my perspective on various issues, allowing me to perceive and approach them in a much healthier, positive way. I am truly grateful for her support and looking forward to more work. Also, highly recommend Jamie to anyone seeking a caring and effective therapist.

Jamie is a great listener and has the ability to make someone feel understood. I started working with Jamie because of my issues surrounding self harm, drug and alcohol use, and issues with eating. I struggled to wake up every morning and want to live. We did a lot of hard work surrounding past traumas and how they affected my thought process, actions, and coping mechanisms. We used different methods such as DBT, anxiety management, guided meditation, and hypnosis. She has supported me through many difficult days. I've had more joyful days than I could have ever dreamed since I started making improvements. We focused on taking constructive action for the future rather than dwelling on the past during one of my favourite sessions. I was having a positive day. With her, I worked on goal-setting and taking the first steps, which significantly reduced my initial-related tension and anxiety. I walked in with a lot of knowledge surrounding mental health and drug addiction but I lacked the motivation, drive, and self-love to put it into action. Now I am able to take the small steps everyday that I need to make myself better and to help me grow. I always have the support and space to share my struggles but also the guidance to move out of them. I not only have been able to feel and process my life experiences but learned to live and respect myself. I have built healthier relationships with my family and friends and most importantly with myself.
