Strengthening Bonds and Resolving Conflicts Through Family and Relationship Therapy
Heal the space between.
Relationships are sacred ground. They show us our deepest desires and our deepest wounds. Whether it’s with a partner, parent, child, or sibling—our closest relationships have the power to reflect both our beauty and our blind spots. But when miscommunication, resentment, or inherited patterns take hold, we can feel disconnected, misunderstood, and stuck in cycles that repeat.
“The quality of your life ultimately depends on the quality of your relationships.” — Esther Perel
Family and relationship therapy is about slowing down and listening deeply—to yourself and to each other. We’ll work together to uncover unspoken dynamics, identify patterns of disconnection, and rebuild trust and empathy. It’s a courageous space, where each person is invited to take responsibility while feeling seen and supported.
I draw from emotionally focused therapy (EFT), systems theory, and attachment science to guide this work. My role is not to take sides, but to hold space for transformation—so you can break generational cycles, express unmet needs, and cultivate healthy, loving bonds.
Session suggestion: We may use structured communication exercises, emotion-mapping tools, or role reversals to bring clarity to your relational dynamics. Couples and families are also encouraged to reflect between sessions with prompts like: What helps me feel safe? or What’s one thing I want you to understand about me?

My integrative
Therapy Approach
One Size Doesn’t Fit All
You are unique. So is your healing.
No two people experience life the same way—and no single therapeutic approach can fully hold the richness, complexity, and nuance of your inner world. That’s why I work integratively, drawing from a wide spectrum of evidence-based modalities and intuitive practices to meet you where you are.
My approach is fluid and adaptive, combining different schools of thought in a way that feels both holistic and intentional. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, create practical strategies for the present, and reconnect you to the parts of yourself that long to be seen and understood.
This is therapy that honours both science and soul.
Family Systems Therapy
My integrative practice is grounded in respect, authenticity, and attunement. I believe in holding space—not rushing process. I honour both the science of psychology and the art of presence. The result is a compassionate, flexible approach that is tailored entirely to you.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, childhood trauma, or simply seeking a deeper sense of self, this work can support you in finding clarity, courage, and calm.
“You don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward. You just have to begin.”
Humanistic & Gestalt Approaches
From the humanistic tradition, I draw upon elements of Gestalt therapy, creative expression, and present-moment awareness. This allows us to explore not only why you feel a certain way, but how it’s showing up in your body, your voice, and your energy. These modalities bring emotional depth and a sense of wholeness to the therapeutic process.
We may use chair work, somatic awareness, or experiential techniques to help you access and express feelings in real-time—empowering insight that goes beyond words.
Reflection & Resilience

Clinical Hypnotherapy
When deeper healing calls, clinical hypnotherapy allows us to work with the subconscious—bypassing surface-level resistance and accessing the root of long-held fears, beliefs, or trauma responses. This work is especially helpful for anxiety, phobias, trauma, and behaviour change.
Using guided visualization and deep relaxation, hypnotherapy helps you reframe internal narratives and create new neural pathways from within. You are always in control—this is your space to reclaim your story.
The Way I Work
We don’t grow up in isolation—we are shaped by systems: families, cultures, communities. I often integrate family systems work to help uncover inherited patterns, generational wounds, and unspoken family roles that influence your current relationships and inner narrative.
Whether you’re working on boundaries, attachment issues, or healing family dynamics, this lens helps us map the web of connection and begin to shift it.
