The Cycle

Focus Areas & Themes
Empowering Girls, Embracing Identity, and Building Confidence
Our mission is to create a safe, supportive, and inspiring space where girls can explore their identity, strengthen their self-worth, and develop the emotional resilience needed to navigate adolescence with confidence.
Through evidence-based programmes, guided self-reflection, and skill-building activities, we empower girls aged 12-15 to embrace their unique strengths, form healthy relationships, and make choices aligned with their values.
By fostering self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal growth, we equip young girls with the tools to stand strong in who they are, develop a positive sense of self, and approach the world with authenticity, kindness, and courage.

The Cycle
THE CYCLE runs across three Cycle of ten weekly sessions, kicking off in May and wrapping up in April. It’s a journey packed with discovery, growth, and connection. Here’s what you can expect along the way:
Weekly Meetup's
Each week, our two-hour group sessions become a foundation of connection, self-discovery, and growth.
These sessions are where meaningful conversations unfold as we explore identity, emotional resilience, self-worth, friendships, mental well-being, and empowerment.
In this space, our young girls learn to express themselves, listen deeply, and embrace challenges in an environment where respect, kindness, and authenticity are not just encouraged—they are essential. Through engaging discussions, shared experiences, and moments of joy, we ensure that the journey of self-discovery is not only insightful and empowering but also uplifting and filled with camaraderie.
Nature Connect
Nature has a way of bringing us back to ourselves, stripping away distractions and grounding us in the present. Every cycle, we step into the wild—whether it’s exploring lush jungles, hiking up volcanic landscapes, or gathering under Bali’s breathtaking night sky.
These adventures are designed to challenge our young girls both physically and mentally, encouraging them to step outside their comfort zones and build resilience. But it’s more than just the journey—it’s about the lessons nature teaches us: strength, balance, self-trust, and the power of being fully present.
Objectives
Being You & Becoming Me are not just programmes—they are immersive journeys of self-discovery, designed to support girls as they navigate the challenges of adolescence. We embrace the key themes of growing up—identity, relationships, self-worth, and emotional resilience—in a way that feels relatable, empowering, and engaging.
Our goal? To spark curiosity, confidence, and self-awareness. We create a warm and inclusive space where girls can explore their thoughts, feelings, and values—both as individuals and as a group.
True connection begins with trust. That’s why we prioritize creating a supportive and judgment-free environment where girls feel safe to express themselves. Through meaningful conversations with peers and the guidance of trusted mentors, they gain the tools to navigate friendships, emotions, and life’s challenges with authenticity and strength.
